In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No delivery is made on holidays and vacations.

If you made the payment online and the product is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment made is returned to the consumer.
