1. Usage and Security Rules

In the following written cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following attempts:

The User is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.
1.d. Use of software that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, activities carried out, attempts to be carried out, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information

3. Responsibilities
3a. The information of users visiting www.shop.missdalida.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is monitored in order to serve them better. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with in advertising, etc., in accordance with the terms of confidentiality, in order to expand and improve the content. 3.c. While using the www.shop.missdalida.com site and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that www.missdalida.com may publish regarding its services. All legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.
3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the www.shopmissdalida.com website, the User's use of www.shop.missdalida.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked by www.shop.missdalida.com and/or their account may be closed.
3.e. The User cannot take any actions that prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use www.shop.missdalida.com, cannot install automatic programs and force/lock the servers or databases. They cannot attempt to cheat. In the event of such actions, they accept that their membership will be terminated and that they accept all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from the situation.
3.g. The User cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark and any Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes on any material copied or printed from www.shop.missdalida.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via www.shop.missdalida.com. The user who terminates his/her membership will have his/her access to the site cancelled. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this transaction is irreversible.
3.j. The relationships of the site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules specified in advance.

3.o The user accepts that the purchases he/she will make through the site
The parties accept and undertake that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in transactions is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these belong to them.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. www.shop.missdalida.com does not request mailing addresses from its users in advance. However, the e-mail address that the user notifies www.shop.missdalida.com is accepted as the e-mail address from which the legal address will be requested for all kinds of notifications to be made regarding this agreement.
7.b. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of the changes in their current e-mails within 3 (three) days, they accept that the requests to be made to the old e-mails will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.
7.c. Again, any notification that www.shop.missdalida.com will make using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by www.shop.missdalida.com. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about himself/herself.
